The BIB bag-in-box aseptic filling machine is a small-bag aseptic filling machine developed by our company using German technology specifically for 1-50L small packaging. It mainly consists of an aseptic filling system, a metering system, a human-machine interface and PLC control system, an operating platform, and a conveying system. The packaging bags are made of aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bags. After sterilization, the material is handled by a robotic arm in a sterile chamber to complete actions such as opening, transferring, and sealing the caps. The entire filling process is completed under aseptic conditions. It is widely used in industries such as juice, jam, dairy products, coffee, fruit wine, edible oil, and water.
